By participating in this competition, you acknowledge that 505 Games will share your Steam ID and certain leaderboard performance data (including your time, ranking, and country of origin) with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) for the purpose of administering the competition, including verifying results and determining eligible winners. FIA will process this data as an independent data controller in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The FIA, as data controller, will process your personal data for the management of the competition.

For the Regional Shootout, your ASN will be joint controller, with the FIA, of the processing for the same purpose.

Please note that public leaderboards will display your in-game name and ranking (if you do not want to appear in the leaderboard, please contact us).
